Hi there everyone,
On December 20th 1984 (message below) Our Lady asked everyone to do something
concrete. She asked the families to bring a single flower to the crib
of baby Jesus in the Nativity to show our dedication. In the IIPG
we've done this now every year for the past 15 years and it is something special, a
nice connection with Medjugorje and with the custom that Our Lady.

"Dear children! Today I am inviting you to do
something concrete for Jesus Christ. As a sign of dedication to
Jesus I want each family of the parish to bring a single flower
before that happy day. I want every member of the family to have a
single flower by the crib so Jesus can come and see your dedication
to Him! Thank you for having responded to my call."

Every year, many people especially in the internet prayer
group will go and place a flower at the crib of baby Jesus in their parishes.
Some people
have attached to the flowers little letters of what they wanted to
work on that year, maybe what they would try to give up, or that they
will try to fast better, pray all the rosary, or get the nerve to finally go to confession.
You might be surprised too because you might belong to a parish that have several
IIPG members and not even know it until you see each other at the
manger of the baby Jesus with flowers in your hands. he he

One year, another prayer group member, Josie came over to
my house when we lived close and she brought a dozen beautiful Red Roses and we
all went together with my family and Josie to Mass and went together after Mass
to say prayers and give Jesus our Roses. I will never forget it. Thanks Josie!
I pray that we can all read these messages from the
Blessed Mother
and really try to live what she is asking us.
